Organisers have said that Hong Kong’s one-year countdown carnival for the National Games has been cancelled, in the wake of the Observatory issuing Strong Wind Signal No. 3 Saturday afternoon.
The event was supposed to take place at Central Promenade from 2:30pm to 5:30pm.
