There are a ton of great products that drop every week — and we’re here, as always, to keep you up to date on the best of them. Each week, we’ll be rounding up a short list of our favorite product drops from the last seven days for you to shop as you sip your morning coffee or take a quick break from work (trust, it’s the only list you need for staying up to date on these things).

This week brings the launch of Target’s latest designer collabs, new pimple patches from Starface and a handful of great new candles for fall. And, of course, a ton of other great new products for shopping and gifting this season.

Shop our favorite new releases below, but be fast — they’re prone to selling out.

Onsen Bath Robe in Ochre and Forest

Onsen Bath Robe in Ochre and Forest

Just in time for peak fall, Onsen is bringing out two new colorways for its bestselling waffle-weave robes: a sophisticated Ochre and restful Forest. The robes are made from 100% supima cotton, which gets softer the more you use them. (They also dry super fast.)

Target Designer Collabs

We’ve been marking Target’s designer collabs on our calendars since before phone calendars were even a thing (anyone else remember that novel-feeling 1999 Michael Graves collaboration?). This fall’s edition? Designs from Kika Vargas, La Ligne and Sergio Hudson. The result is more than 100 accessories and pieces of clothing to shop, whether you go for Vargas’ structure and volume, La Ligne’s striped and classic pieces or Hudson’s 2022 takes on vintage shapes. Sizes range from XXS to 4XL, and most pieces ring up at less than $40.

Spanx Perfect Jumpsuit

Spanx has just launched The Perfect Jumpsuit, and it’s ready to get you through everything on your calendar this week and the rest of the season. Made with smoothing fabric and a bit of shaping at the core, the jumpsuit also has a V-neck and trouser-like bottom half (meaning you can throw a blazer on and go for work). It’s available in petite, tall and regular inseams in sizes XS through 3X.

Starface Black Star Pimple Patch

Starface’s pimple-treating Hydro-Stars have really taken off, and the latest drop from the brand is the Black Star, which is edgy enough for a night out in Berlin or cool enough to wear á la Marie Antoinette — whatever your mood of the day is. Each $12.99 pack contains 32 hydrocolloid stars that help absorb fluid, reduce the appearance of inflammation and shrink spots.

Vermicular Oven-Safe Skillet

Founded by a pair of brothers who took over their grandfather’s cast iron foundry in Nagoya, Japan, Vermicular is all about made-to-last, heirloom-worthy cast-iron cookware — and the newest line of skillets is all about great cooking, easy elegance and a super-lightweight lift. The brand’s oven-safe skillets are made to caramelize and crisp perfectly, and the largest size in them weighs just 2.5 pounds. (Lodge’s famous one is more than 7 pounds). The series is also dishwasher-safe and has a heat-resistant handle for less swearing in the kitchen.

Anecdote Candle 2023 Candle of the Year

Anecdote Candle 2023 Candle of the Year

Anecdote’s candles are known for their great scents and irreverent labels, and the brand’s just-dropped 2023 Candle really captures the cautious optimism with a side of underlying dread that we’re all feeling as we head into another year (you know, again). The fragrance is at least uplifting, even if headlines aren’t: There’s zesty orange and lemon with ginger flower and gilded amber, followed by notes of tonka bean, clove and cedarwood.

House of Hackney x Anthropologie

If your winter vibe is very much about moody, maximalist, boudoir-y glamour — think jewel tones and velvet and too many cushions — the House of Hackney x Anthropologie collaboration is extremely exciting. The homeware collection features too much of everything, which is exactly how it should be: Think clashing florals, busy prints, vibrant colors and (since we’re leaning a little late-’80s maximalism here) even a lampshade. The collection, which involves sugar pots, wallpaper, bedding, ice buckets and more is for sale online and in stores and starts at $10 for wrapping paper rolls.

New shades of sheet pans and more for holiday and year-round use

Great Jones Holiday Bakeware

‘Tis the season to get baking, and a new round of colorways and products has arrived via Great Jones to get us inspired and ready to knead, mix and dollop. Prices range from $28 to $45, and you’ll find new shades of the Patty Cake and Breadwinner baking pans in Raspberry; the Holy and Little Sheet in Mustard; and a new Broccoli shade of the Big Chill cooling racks. Pieces ship in late November, just in time for all the holiday baking projects to gear up.

Le Creuset Rhone Colorway

It’s not quite accurate to refer to Le Creuset’s new wine-red shade as burgundy, when in fact the aspirational cookware brand’s newest hue is Rhône, inspired by the fantastic oenophile-drawing region of Cote du Rhône, France. Think a deep shade of juicy, plummy red, with a gold knob to complement the new hue. You can shop the new shade, available in your go-to Le Creuset sizes and pieces

Not-so-basic black suitcases and new packing accessories

July Dark Mode Collection

July’s new Dark Mode collection takes your basic black suitcases and gives them a pop of color along the zipper with vibrant primary shades of yellow, red and blue — great for people who love a black suitcase but want to be able to spot it easily on the luggage belt. You can pick up the new bags in Carry On, Checked and Checked Plus styles, or the brand’s Tech Kit, which keeps cords and devices protected and organized.

Two new products have also launched with Dark Mode options: the Protect Cell, a padded packing cube for products that need production — think cameras and wine bottles (it comes with dividers). There’s also the Accessories Cell, a packing cube designed for shoes and with a handy clear top so you can see exactly which pair’s inside.

Homesick Candles Harry Potter Collection

Homesick Candles Harry Potter Collection

Harry Potter fans, there’s a candle here for you now — and it’s perfect for gifting during the holiday season too. Homesick Candles has just dropped a series of four candles, each tied to a different Hogwarts house, for $44 each. They stick with the same minimalist labeling the brand is known for so it ties in with your grown-up decor — and adorably, there’s even a Sorting Hat air freshener. Can’t decide, or don’t know what house your Harry Potter-loving friend is in? Pick up the Hogwarts 3-Wick Candle with notes of wet stone, cypress and fir needles.

Snif x Half Baked Harvest

Pumpkin spice everything is a tired concept, but when we crave that seasonal scent, there’s a twist on the version we’ll be trying first: Fragrance maker Snif has teamed up with Half Baked Harvest’s Tieghan Gerard for a nontoxic, vegan Half Baked Pumpkin Smash Candle, and it’s about way more than the gourd. Think top notes of whisky, cardamom and bruléed orange with cinnamon stick and salted maple, along with base notes of velvet musks, roasted chocolate, patchouli, Peru balsam and more.

There was a waitlist for the launch, so this limited-edition candle might sell out fast, but while it’s in stock you can get the candle in an 8.5-ounce size for around 50 hours of burn time or a massive 50-ounce candle for more than 200 hours of burn time.

Ember Red Edition

Ember’s the latest brand to team up with (RED), the global heath-minded organization founded in 2006 by Bono and Bobby Shriver, to introduce one of the signature red items that are the result of collabs with the nonprofit. The temperature-controlled tea and coffee mug will now come in a limited-edition red version, with 3% of the purchase price from each piece sold going to the Fund for the Global Fund to aid health care systems and make testing and treatment more equitable. It’s available in both the regular mug’s 10-ounce and 14-ounce sizes, plus the travel mug.

Microsoft Surface Pro 9 and Surface Laptop 5

A couple top laptops just got an upgrade

EMBARGOED new Microsoft Surface products

Microsoft

Microsoft’s Surface line consists of some of the best laptops you can buy — the versatile Surface Pro 8 has long been our best 2-in-1 pick, and the more traditional Surface Laptop 4 is one of our favorite notebooks from the last few years. Perhaps that’s why the company has stuck to what’s working with the Surface Pro 9 and Surface Laptop 5: two attractive (if iterative) upgrades to two of the finest PCs out there, which are now available for preorder.
