The ongoing market volatility has reaffirmed the merits of the private equity asset class for the Geneva-based Pictet Group.
“We view private assets as more essential than ever, for alpha generation, portfolio volatility reduction, as well as total diversification,” Goh Hui Yang, head of Alternative Investments Asia, Pictet Wealth Management, said in an interview with DealStreetAsia.
