The Labour Department is investigating a fatal accident involving a cleaner who apparently fell down an elevator shaft in AIA Kowloon Tower, in Kwun Tong.
Police said the 73-year-old man had been certified dead before they arrived at the tower on Tuesday evening.
Firefighters said they believe he fell into the shaft while carrying out cleaning work…
