The Transport Department said all Kowloon-bound lanes of the Tate’s Cairn Tunnel re-opened around 10am on Thursday, after an earlier closure because of a bus on fire.
The incident, at around 9am, led to traffic congestion.
Nobody was hurt in the fire…
