Hong Kong’s swimmers on Friday took home bronze medals at the women’s 4 x 100 metres medley relay, after their Singapore opponents were disqualified.
The SAR team’s time of 4:01.72 seconds was originally good for fourth place, behind Japan, South Korea and Singapore.
But judges ruled afterwards that a Singaporean swimmer had jumped too soon…
