Two more former workers at a children’s home in Prince Edward were jailed on Monday for abusing and neglecting toddlers.
Lee Wai-sum and Chang Suk-ching have previously pleaded guilty to child abuse offences after mistreating toddlers at the Children’s Residential Home in 2021.
