International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, has proposed an investment of up to $125 million in Mumbai-headquartered Tata Capital Financial Services Limited (TCFSL) through subscription of secured, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs), per a disclosure.
