Police are investigating an alleged case of manslaughter and perverting the course of justice in which a 44-year-old man was found dead at a public housing unit.
Officers said a 59-year-old woman reported to police on Monday that her husband was found collapsed inside the unit in Fortune Estate in Cheung Sha Wan.
Ambulance personnel found the man lying in the living room of the unit. He was rushed to Caritas Medical Centre and was certified dead.
His 22-year-old stepson has been charged with one count of manslaughter while the 33-year-old stepdaughter and wife were each charged with one count of perverting the course of justice.
